Artificial Intelligence and Security

Our primary mission is to deliver secure, high-performance applications.

We specialise in building high-traffic solutions that, due to the nature of the business, are particularly exposed to attack attempts.

Our systems have processed transactions totaling over 350 million PLN (approx. £70M).

How we deliver projects
Needs analysis
Understanding the business process
We gather requirements, analyse the business context, existing infrastructure, and technical and legal constraints. We focus on the real problem, not on technology for its own sake.
Architecture and design
Solution and architecture design
We design the system architecture, integrations, and data model. We define the approach to security, scalability, and maintenance in accordance with best practices and standards (e.g. NIST).
Implementation
Software development and integration
We develop software iteratively, ensuring code quality, testing, and solution clarity. We implement AI integrations, cloud systems, and applications tailored to the client's needs.
Security
Security built into the process
We incorporate security at every stage of the project: from architecture, through code, to cloud environment configuration and monitoring. It is not an add-on — it is the standard.
Deployment
Launch in the production environment
We deploy solutions in the cloud (Azure), configure CI/CD, automation, and monitoring mechanisms. We ensure a stable launch and predictable system operation.
Maintenance and development
Long-term partnership
We provide post-deployment support, functional development, and system adaptation to evolving business and regulatory requirements.
Our mission
CLOUDPANIC is a company whose foundations rest on four pillars that form the basis for designing our solutions. They serve as a reference point for every technical decision — from architecture selection, through the approach to system security, to its ongoing maintenance and development.Security is treated as an element that flows directly from the system architecture. We design solutions so that access control, data protection, and resilience against errors and abuse are built into the structure of the system, not added at a later stage.Technical accountability is the foundation of our approach. We treat every architectural decision as a commitment whose consequences span deployment, maintenance, and long-term development. We do not defer problems to the future, nor do we base system stability on workarounds or improvisation.Deliberate technology selection means choosing solutions appropriate to the real needs of the project. Technologies are tools for achieving architectural and security objectives, not ends in themselves. We avoid solutions that increase complexity without technical or business justification.Team expertise is a key element of project delivery. We work on the basis of experience from specialists in cloud architecture, security, and software development, enabling us to make informed technical decisions and take full responsibility for them.
Security first
We build solutions in which data security is the standard, not an add-on.
Security guaranteed by CLOUDPANIC

As CLOUDPANIC, our primary mission is to deliver secure, high-performance applications. We specialise in building high-traffic solutions that, due to the nature of the business, are particularly exposed to attack attempts. Our systems have processed transactions totaling over 350 million PLN (approx. £70M).

When designing our solutions, we base the security architecture on the NIST standard, which provides a comprehensive approach to identification, protection, detection, response, and resilience of our platform. In accordance with this model, security has been built into the entire application lifecycle — from the software development process, through cloud integration, to production environment operations.

Security certificates and badges
Key certificates and badges held by the CLOUDPANIC team
Microsoft Solutions Partner for Microsoft Cloud
CLOUDPANIC holds the status of Microsoft Solutions Partner for Microsoft Cloud, confirming our high competence in designing, deploying, and maintaining solutions based on the Microsoft ecosystem. This designation is awarded exclusively to companies that meet rigorous quality, technical, and project criteria — including verified specialist certifications, documented deployments, and a high level of client satisfaction. This gives our partners confidence that their cloud projects are built on industry best practices and fully aligned with Microsoft Cloud standards. View us on Microsoft Marketplace
Cybersecurity Architect Expert
This certificate validates the ability to design and implement a comprehensive security architecture in cloud and hybrid environments. The specialist can define strategies for identity, access, data protection, applications, and infrastructure. The holder of this designation coordinates security activities at the organisational level, addressing both technical and business requirements.
Azure Solutions Architect Expert
This certificate validates the ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions on Microsoft Azure. The specialist selects appropriate compute, network, database, and storage services, optimising architecture for performance, availability, and cost. The holder has experience in cloud deployments that meet compliance and business continuity requirements.
Azure AI Engineer Associate
This certificate validates the ability to design and implement artificial intelligence solutions on Microsoft Azure. The specialist integrates cognitive services, machine learning models, and Azure AI tools to automate processes and extract value from data. The holder combines knowledge of AI architecture with practical deployment experience.
Offensive Security Certified Professional
This certificate validates hands-on offensive security testing skills. The holder conducts manual penetration tests, identifies and exploits vulnerabilities, and documents findings with remediation recommendations. OSCP is recognised as one of the most demanding certifications in ethical hacking.
Maximum score in the Security Scorecard system

We achieved the maximum score in the SecurityScorecard system, confirming the highest level of operational security and data protection process maturity. SecurityScorecard analyses network configurations, IT hygiene, vulnerabilities, certificates, security practices, and domain reputation, then issues an independent rating based on external monitoring data. An "A" score means that our infrastructure and processes are maintained at a very high level — with no gaps that could compromise client security.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions

We begin collaboration by clarifying objectives, requirements, and the technical context of the project. We then design the architecture and carry out deployment in clearly defined stages, with full transparency of technical decisions. We work iteratively, with an emphasis on security, change control, and process predictability. The client has continuous visibility into progress and clearly defined decision points throughout.

We design and deploy IT systems with elevated requirements in terms of security, scalability, and control. These include operator systems, SaaS platforms, cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure, integration systems, and applications supporting business and administrative processes.

Delivery time depends on the project scope, level of complexity, and security requirements. Simpler solutions and pilot phases are typically delivered within a few weeks, while larger systems are deployed in stages over several months.

We tailor the team composition to the scope and nature of the project. It typically includes a solution architect, a cloud engineer, and application engineers. At every project stage, the work is reviewed by security specialists, and before production release an additional verification is carried out, including penetration testing.

Communication takes place through agreed channels, and work is managed using a project board that reflects the current status of tasks, priorities, and planned changes. The client has continuous access to the board and up-to-date visibility into progress. Project status is reported on a regular basis in the form of concise summaries covering completed work, next steps, and any risks.

As standard, we provide 24 months of warranty on deployed solutions, compared to the market standard of 12 months. During this period, we take responsibility for maintaining system stability and for fixing bugs and adjustments arising from updates to the components on which the solution is based. After the warranty period, we offer continued support and system development under agreed service models.
