As CLOUDPANIC, our primary mission is to deliver secure, high-performance applications. We specialise in building high-traffic solutions that, due to the nature of the business, are particularly exposed to attack attempts. Our systems have processed transactions totaling over 350 million PLN (approx. £70M).
When designing our solutions, we base the security architecture on the NIST standard, which provides a comprehensive approach to identification, protection, detection, response, and resilience of our platform. In accordance with this model, security has been built into the entire application lifecycle — from the software development process, through cloud integration, to production environment operations.

We achieved the maximum score in the SecurityScorecard system, confirming the highest level of operational security and data protection process maturity. SecurityScorecard analyses network configurations, IT hygiene, vulnerabilities, certificates, security practices, and domain reputation, then issues an independent rating based on external monitoring data. An "A" score means that our infrastructure and processes are maintained at a very high level — with no gaps that could compromise client security.
We begin collaboration by clarifying objectives, requirements, and the technical context of the project. We then design the architecture and carry out deployment in clearly defined stages, with full transparency of technical decisions. We work iteratively, with an emphasis on security, change control, and process predictability. The client has continuous visibility into progress and clearly defined decision points throughout.
We design and deploy IT systems with elevated requirements in terms of security, scalability, and control. These include operator systems, SaaS platforms, cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure, integration systems, and applications supporting business and administrative processes.
Delivery time depends on the project scope, level of complexity, and security requirements. Simpler solutions and pilot phases are typically delivered within a few weeks, while larger systems are deployed in stages over several months.
We tailor the team composition to the scope and nature of the project. It typically includes a solution architect, a cloud engineer, and application engineers. At every project stage, the work is reviewed by security specialists, and before production release an additional verification is carried out, including penetration testing.
Communication takes place through agreed channels, and work is managed using a project board that reflects the current status of tasks, priorities, and planned changes. The client has continuous access to the board and up-to-date visibility into progress. Project status is reported on a regular basis in the form of concise summaries covering completed work, next steps, and any risks.
As standard, we provide 24 months of warranty on deployed solutions, compared to the market standard of 12 months. During this period, we take responsibility for maintaining system stability and for fixing bugs and adjustments arising from updates to the components on which the solution is based. After the warranty period, we offer continued support and system development under agreed service models.
