for the duration of the agreement with the Client,
and after its termination — for the period required by law or necessary to secure any potential claims.

Detailed data retention periods are determined by the Client as the data controller.

Individuals whose data is being processed have the right to:

access their data,
rectification,
erasure or restriction of processing,
object to processing,
data portability,
lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Exercise of rights is handled through the data controller (the Client).

Data security

The controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data, in particular against loss, unauthorized access, or breach.

The controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The current version of the document is always published on the CLOUDPANIC website.

Final provisions

This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of its publication.
